What areas do you serve?

We currently offer services in Yonkers as well as the nearby Scarsdale and Bronxville areas.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash or check.


What is a meet and greet and how long does it take?

A "Meet and Greet" is the time we take to meet with you and your pet(s). You can see how we interact with your 

dog(s) and make sure we are a good fit. We also go over paperwork and details of you and your pet's needs. This takes about 30 minutes.


What type of paperwork is involved?

Before service, you need to review and complete an owner's information form.


Is there a charge for the meet and greet?

No, the meet and greet is free of charge.


Do you charge more on the holidays?

A $5.00 extra charge is applied for the holidays.

NOTE: We are not available for services on Christmas and Thanksgiving day.


What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for a 24 hour notice.


My dog's shots are not up to date. Will you still walk him?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer services if your pet's vaccinations are not up to date.


Will you walk an aggressive dog that has bitten someone?

For safety concerns, we cannot walk a dog that has displayed aggressive behavior either in the past, or during the meet and greet.


Do I give you a key?

You can leave a spare key in a secure spot outside your door (example,  lockbox with combination). Or you could provide a spare key that will be marked with your pet's name which will be stored in a secure location when not in use.


Do you offer dog sitting services?  

Yes, we are happy to provide dog (and cat) sitting as well as Drop-In Visit services!
